Ugly Simple Truths opened July 19th, 2013. There were two ways to experience this show during the opening. You could view just the images or you can fall further down the rabbit hole with all of the model's stories written and displayed. These "truths" were laid bare for you to read, to process and to relate to at your will. The only thing required to know coming into “Ugly Simple Truths” is that it is a photographic exploration about the internal struggles of our lives that we deal with daily that lays hidden from everyone else from ever seeing. The choice is yours on how to address the elephant in the room and how much you want to know what is being discussed.
